Abstract

Data kerusakan jalan di Sumba Barat dianalisis menggunakan aplikasi PKRMS (Provincial and Kabupaten Road Management System). Dari analisis ini, diperoleh informasi mengenai jenis kerusakan, tingkat keparahan, dan faktor penyebabnya. Dua metode utama digunakan untuk menilai kondisi kerusakan jalan, yaitu: Metode SDI (Surface Distress Index) digunakan untuk menilai kerusakan permukaan jalan, seperti retak dan pelepasan butiran. Metode IRI (International Roughness Index) digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kekasaran jalan. Survei visual dilakukan oleh 3 orang surveyor untuk mendapatkan data IRI. Nilai kerusakan IRI kemudian dihitung menggunakan metode RCI dan dikonversikan untuk mendapatkan nilai IRI yang sesuai. Hasil analisis data lapangan dari aplikasi PKRMS digunakan untuk menentukan kebutuhan anggaran pemeliharaan jalan di Kabupaten Sumba Barat. Dari hasil analisis ini, diperoleh perkiraan anggaran sebesar Rp. 4.961.626.976,00,- . Kata Kunci : IRI, PKRMS (Provincial / Kabupaten Road Management System), PPP, SDI
