Abstract

Pra Rencana Pabrik Tembaga Sulfat Pentahidrat Dari Tembaga Oksida Dan Asam Sulfat Menggunakan Proses Evaporasi Kapasitas Produksi 100.000 Ton/Tahun berlokasi di Kawasan Industri JIIPE, Kecamatan Manyar, Kabupaten Gresik, Jawa Timur. Pabrik ini memiliki kriteria yaitu kapasitas produksi sebesar 100.000 ton/tahun, waktu operasi sebanyak 330 hari, bahan utama yaitu tembaga oksida dan asam sulfat, serta utilitasnya yaitu air, listrik, steam dan bahan bakar. Perusahaan ini benrbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT). Dalam segi analisa ekonomi didapatkan TCI sebesar Rp 898.538.711.813, ROIAT sebesar 25,41 %, POTAT sebesar 2,82 tahun, BEP sebesar 43,43 %, dan IRR sebesar 23,12 %.
