Abstract

UMKM Ciko Candy merupakan perusahaan manufactur yang memproduksi bermacam macam variasi permen lolipop. Masalah yang terjadi pada UMKM Ciko Candy yaitu adanya pemborosan (Waste) dalam proses produksi akibat aktifitas operator. Evaluasi dan perbaikan menggunakan Value Stream Mapping dan Failure Mode And Effect Analysis diharapkan dapat meminimasi waste sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi pada proses produksi permen lollipop pada UMKM Ciko Candy.
