Abstract

Mitigasi Harmonisa Menggunakan Filter Pasif Akibat Variable Speed Drive Di PT. Freyabadi Indotama - Pasuruan Nugraha Giusti, Abraham Lomi, Ni Putu Agustini nugrahagiusti@gmail.com Abstrak Mitigasi Harmonisa dengan filter pasif akibat Variable Speed Drive bertujuan untuk mengurangi resiko harmonisa yang timbul akibat pemakaian Variable Speed Drive. Kualitas daya yag harus diperhatikan karena dapat merigukan pabrik. Pada PT.Freyabadi Indotama Pasuruan Pemakaian Variable Speed Drive pada panel tertentu menyebabkan timbulnya harmonisa dan akhirnya pemasangan filter pasif bertujuan untuk meredam harmonisa yang timbul. Pada Simulasi PSCAD THD PT. Freyabadi Indotama-Pasuruan sesudah pemasangan filter pasif memiliki hasil pada Panel Produksi 1 (MCCBALL) (THDI) sebelum pemasangan filter sebesar 26,9973% sedangkan setelah pemasangan filter turun menjadi 0,148133%. Pada Panel Powder (THDI) sebelum pemasangan filter sebesar 27,508% sedangkan setelah pemasangan filter turun menjadi 0.084159%. Pada Panel Produksi 2 (P21) (THDI) sebelum pemasangan filter sebesar 27,958% sedangkan setelah pemasangan filter turun menjadi 0,157505%. Pada Panel Produksi 2 (THDI) sebelum pemasangan filter sebesar 26,9692% sedangkan setelah pemasangan filter turun menjadi 0,16769% dengan hasil ini berarti sudah sesuai dengan standart IEEE 519-1992 ≤15%. Dan pada Total Harmonic Distortion tegangan (THDV) sebelum pemasangan filter sebesar 2,2147% namun setelah pemasangan filter pasif THDV dapat direduksi menjadi 0,0941187% yang berarti sudah sesuai dengan standart IEEE 519-1992 ≤5% dan Faktor daya yang sebelumnya 82% naik menjadi 98%. Harmonic mitigation using passive filters resulted from vsd (variable speed drive) in PT. freyabadi indotama Nugraha Giusti, Abraham Lomi, Ni Putu Agustini nugrahagiusti@gmail.com Abstract Harmonic mitigation with passive filters as a result of Variable Speed Drive aims to reduce the risk of harmonics arising from the use of Variable Speed Drives. Power quality must be considered because it can affect factory economically. The passive filters at PT.Freyabadi Indotama Pasuruan have been desirably installed because they can reduce the harmonics that arise due to Variable Speed Drive. The harmonics of the Panel (MCCBALL) (THDI) before the filters installation is 26.9973% and it drops drastically to 0.148133 % after the filter installation and the Total Harmonic Distortion voltage (THDV) before the filter installation is 2.2147% but after the installation of the passive filter THDV it can be reduced up to 0.0941187% Key words — Harmonics, Variable Speed Drive (VSD), Passive Filter Mitigation, Simulation
