Abstract
RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PEMBERI MAKAN DAN MONITORING SISA PAKAN KUCING BERBASIS INTERNET OF THINGS (IOT) Kaisel Abdul Kahar Wijaya 15.12.501 Peminatan Teknik Komputer, Program Studi Teknik Elektro S-1 Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang Jawa Timur E-mail : kaiselwijaya@gmail.com ABSTRAK Memelihara kucing merupakan salah satu hobi yang menyenangkan di kalangan masyarakat, karena kucing adalah salah hewan yang lucu dan dekat dengan manusia, selain itu kucing mampu mengurangi stres, rasa cemas dan resiko stroke. Akan tetapi dalam proses pemeliharaan kucing harus diperhatikan pola makan dan kebersihannya agar kucing tidak mudah terserang penyakit. Alat pemberi makan kucing berbasis internet of things (IOT) adalah suatu alat yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pemberian makan pada kucing dari jauh menggunakan web, banyak dari mereka pemelihara kucing yang terkendala dalam pemeberian makan karena sibuk dengan kegiatan masing-masing. Alat ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah pemilik kucing yang merasa kesulitan dalam proses pemberian pakan pada kucing, alat ini dapat bekerja secara otomatis menggunakan modul RTC untuk pengaturan waktu pemberian pakan dan juga dapat di kontrol melalui web smartphone android ketika akan menambahkan porsi pakan, alat ini juga dapat memonitoring sisa pakan pada wadah mengguanakan Load cell, dan mengambil gambar keadaan kucing dengan kamera VC0706 kemudian hasil gambarnya dan sisa pakannya akan dikirim ke web. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang Jawa Timur E-mail : kaiselwijaya@gmail.com ABSTRCT Caring for cats is one of the fun hobbies among the community, because cats are animals that are cute and close to humans, besides that cats can reduce stress, anxiety and risk of stroke. However, in the process of maintaining the cat, it must be considered the diet and cleanliness so that the cat is not susceptible to disease. Internet of Things (IOT) cat feeder is a tool that serves to feed cats from a distance using the web, many of them keep cats which are constrained in feeding because they are busy with their activities. This tool is expected to facilitate cat owners who find it difficult in the process of feeding cats, this tool can work automatically using the RTC module for setting feed time and can also be controlled via the android web smartphone when it will add a portion of feed, this tool can also monitor the rest of the feed in the container using the Load cell, and take pictures of the condition of the cat with the VC0706 camera then the results of the images and the rest of the feed will be sent to the web.
