Abstract

RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PEMBERSIH DAN PENYORTIR UKURAN TELUR ASIN BERBASIS ARDUINO MEGA 2560 Muhammad Sa’ad Rosyidi 15.12.222 Konsentrasi Teknik Elektronika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro S-1 Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : saadrosyidi@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pembersihan dan penyortiran telur asin secara manual sering kali menemui kendala, yaitu sering pecah karena masih menggunakan tangan, saat penyortiran terkadang salah meletakkan telur berdasarkan ukuran dan lupa dalam menghitung jumlah telur yang dipisahkan berdasarkan ukurannya, selain kendala yang telah disebutkan pembersihan dan pnyortiran telur asin secara manual memakan waktu yang lama dan membutuhkan tenaga kerja yang cukup banyak. Dari keadaan diatas, muncul sebuah ide alat pembersih dan penyortir ukuran telur asin berbasis arduino mega 2560 yang dapat membantu dan mempermudah dalam produksi telur asin, dalam proses pembersihan secara otomatis menggunakan konveyor untuk menggerakkan telur asin ketika sensor photodioda aktif, kemudian di bersihkan menggunakan sikat yang putar menggunakan motor dc dan disiram dengan air menggunakan pompa air dc. Dan proses penyortiran secara otomatis menggunakan sensor load cell untuk mengetahui berat telur asin kemudian di pisahkan berdasarkan berat telur asin menggunakan motor servo dan dihitung menggunakan sensor photodiode. Hasil dari pengujian alat yang telah dilakukan, sensor-sensor bekerja dengan baik terdapat sedikit error yang disebabkan dari mekaniknya dan untuk berat telur yang disetting <= 65 gram untuk ukuran telur kecil dan >= 65 gram untuk telur besar. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang ABSTRACT Cleaning and sorting salted egg manually is often meet problems, which are often broken because it is still using hand, when sorting sometimes misplaces the size and forgets to count the number of egg. In addition to the constraints that have been mentioned, cleaning and sorting salted eggs manually takes along time and requires a lot of labor. From the above situation, an idea of the cleaning equipment and sorting size of salted egg based on arduino mega 2560 can appear to help and facilitate the production of salted egg, in the cleaning process automatically using conveyors to move salted eggs when the photodiode sensor is active, then cleaned by a rotating brush using a dc motor and doused with water using a dc water pump. And the automatic sorting process uses a sensor load cell to determine the weight of salted eggs using a servo motor and calculated using a photodiode sensor. The result of the testing equipment that has been done, the sensors work well there are few errors caused by mechanics and for the egg weight set <= 65 gram for small egg size and >= 66 gram for big egg.
