Abstract

Pabrik Gula Pandjie merupakan salah satu dari empat pabrik gula yang ada di Kabupaten Situbondo. Masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh Pabrik Gula Pandjie saat ini adalah penurunan output produksi akibat menurunnya jumlah lahan pertanian yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja manajemen rantai pasok menggunakan metode SCOR dan memberikan alternatif solusi dari permasalahan yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa nilai kinerja manajemen rantai pasok di Pabrik Gula Pandjie adalah 75,5 dimana hal tersebut masuk dalam kategori good.
