Abstract

ANALISA PERBANDINGAN METODE PERBAIKAN TANAH LUNAK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PRE-FABRICATED VERTICAL DRAIN (PVD) DAN MINIPILE DI RUAS STA. 18 + 000 SAMPAI STA. 20 + 300 JALAN TOL KERTOSONO – KEDIRI ABSTRAK Ardha Rahadian1), Lalu Mulyadi2), Lies K Wulandari3) Sebuah proyek jalan merupakan kebutuhan mendesak pada era modernisasi seperti sekarang ini terutama negara kita yang jumlah penduduknya sekarang ini berjumlah sekitar 250 juta jiwa. Dari jumlah penduduk yang sudah kian bertambah tentunya pada era saat ini kebutuhan transportasi juga sangatlah berkembang secara cepat, maka dibutuhkan sarana transportasi yang aman dan nyaman. Sehubungan dengan ditemukannya tanah lunak di area ruas STA. 18 + 000 sampai STA. 20 + 300 tersebut, maka penulis perlu memberikan alternatif cara penanganan tanah lunak tersebut agar memenuhi kriteria angka penurunan dan biaya yang paling efektif dan efisien. Sedangkan dalam membuat perbandingan antara perbaikan tanah lunak dengan menggunakan pre-fabricated vertical drain (PVD) dan minipile adalah untuk mengetahui apakah dari segi teknis dan biaya masih memenuhi persyaratan yang disebutkan dalam kriteria desain. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut analisa perbandingan terhadap kedua metode penanganan tanah lunak tersebut dalam melaksanakan analisa dan perhitungan diambilkan data dari hasil analisa nilai N-SPT dan uji laboratorium dari material hasil penyelidikan tanah dari lubang bor. Hasil perhitungan yang diperoleh berupa, perkuatan tanah lunak dilokasi tersebut yang semula menggunakan minipile diganti dengan menggunakan Pre-Fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). Dengan menggunakan Pre-Fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) tersebut bisa mengurangi biaya hampir 29.84 % atau Rp. 192.969.960,- dan waktu pelaksanaan lebih cepat 1 (satu) bulan dari waktu yang dibutuhkan apabila menggunakan minipile untuk setiap lokasi yang mempunyai kandungan tanah lunak terutama di ruas STA. 18 + 000 sampai STA. 20 + 300. From the population that has been increasing, In the current era the need for transportation is also growing rapidly, Therefore, a safe and comfortable transportation is needed. Relationship with the occurred of soft soil in the STA. 18 + 000 to STA. 20 + 300, the authors need to provide an alternative way of handling the soft soil in order to meet the criteria for the most effective and efficient reduction of cost. Meanwhile, the purpose of making a comparison between soft soil improvement using prefabricated vertical drain (PVD) and minipile is to find out whether from a technical point of view it still meets the requirements stated in the design criteria. To achieve this goal, a comparative analysis of the two methods of handling soft soil in carrying out the analysis and calculations was taken from the results analysis of the N-SPT value and laboratory testing material from the soil investigation of the borehole. The calculation results obtained are in the soil improvement methods at the location which was originally using a minipile replaced by using Pre-Fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD). By using the Pre-Fabricated Vertical Drain (PVD) it can reduce costs by almost 29.84% or Rp. 192.969.960,- and the implementation time is 1 (one) month faster than the time required when using a minipile for each location that has of soft soil content, especially in the section STA. 18 + 000 to STA. 20 + 300.
