ABSTRAK Adhityarama. 2022. Perencanaan Kontrol Dan Transmisi Mesin Spinner Peniris Minyak Non Cholesterol Beserta Kontrol Deep Fryer. Laporan Tugas Akhir. Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang. Fakultas Teknologi Industri. Teknik Mesin Diploma Tiga. Dosen Pembimbing : Wahyu Panji Asmoro, ST.MT. Tujuan Dari Perencanaan Kontrol Dan Transmis Mesin Spinner Peniris Minyak Dan Kontrol Deep Fryer Ini Adalah Mengetahui Cara Merancang Sistem Kontrol Dan Transmisi Pada Mesin Spinner Peniris Minyak Dan Kontrol Deep Fryer, Menentukan Prinsip Kerja Komponen Sistem Kontrol Dan Transmisi Pada Mesin. Metode Yang Diterapkan Dalam Perancangan Mesin Spinner Dan Deep Fryer Ini Di Awali Dengan Perancangan Konsep. Penyajian Gambar Dan Identifikasi Alat Dan Bahan Yang Digunakan Pada Perancangan Kontrol Dan Transmisi Mesin Spinner Dan Deep Fryer Ini Adalah Mikrokontroller, Sensor Suhu, Motor Listrik. Perencanaan Kontrol Dan Transmisi Mesin Spinner Peniris Minyak Non Cholesterol Beserta Kontrol Deep Fryer Menggunakan Motor Listrik Sebagai Penggerak Utama Dari Mesin Spinner Dengan Daya Motor Listrik 0,09HP Yang Ditransmisikan Ke Poros Dan Keranjang Spinner Peniris Minyak. Dan Mikrokontroller Sebagai Pengatur Kecepatan Spinner, Timer Spinner, Suhu Deep Fryer, Dan Timer Deep Fryer. Dapat Diketahui Bahwa Setelah Dilakukan Pengujian Berfungsi Sesuai Dengan Apa Yang Diharapkan. Kata Kunci : Mesin Peniris Minyak. ABSTRACT Adityarama. 2022. The Purpose Of Planning Control And Transmission Of Oil Draining Spinner And Deep Fryer Control Is To Know How To Design The Control And Transmission System On The Oil Drain And Control Of The Deep Fryer Spinner Machine, To Determine The Working Principle Of The Control And Transmission System Components On The Machine. The Method Applied In The Design Of The Spinner And Deep Fryer Machine Begins With Concept Design. Image Presentation And Identification Of Tools And Materials Used In The Design Of Control And Transmission Of Spinner And Deep Fryer Machines These Are Microcontrollers, Temperature Sensors, Electric Motors. Planning Control And Transmission Of Non Cholesterol Oil Draining Spinner Machine With Deep Fryer Control Using An Electric Motor As The Main Drive Of The Spinner Machine With 0.09HP Electric Motor Power Which Is Transmitted To The Oil Draining Shaft And Basket. And Microcontroller As Spinner Speed Regulator, Spinner Timer, Deep Fryer Temperature, And Deep Fryer Timer. It can be seen that after testing it functions as expected.
