Abstract

The problem of the gap in rural and urban development, the government continues to strive to improve development as a whole and evenly throughout Indonesia. INFID and Oxfam, a research institute, stated that the inequality of access between rural and urban areas to infrastructure such as electricity networks and roads shows that inequality is increasingly clear. The presence of village funds to solve the problem of inequality in facilities and infrastructure optimizing funds is very important so that the budget is used appropriately according to priorities. Terusan Kempas Village is one of the underdeveloped villages in the echo sub-district (IDM 2021 data) where this village requires more attention in carrying out village development, the absence of land access is increasingly difficult to carry out development, especially facilities and infrastructure. Based on this, the purpose of this study is to determine the optimization of the distribution of village funds in meeting the needs of village infrastructure. By using a qualitative descriptive method with analytical tools from mahsun formulas for effective and efficient funds. The results of optimization by calculating effective and efficient funds in 2017 in the field of village development from the results of an efficient balanced and effective balanced analysis, in 2017 the village funds are optimal.
