Abstract

Produktivitas tenaga kerja adalah level kompetensi tenaga kerja dalam melakukan pekerjaan sesuai tugas dan atau menghasilkan volume pekerjaan tertentu dalam periode waktu tertentu dalam kondisi umum dan diukur dalam satuan volume/hari-orang. Melalui skripsi ini penulis mencoba untuk melaukan estimasi produktivitas tenaga kerja pada proyek pembangunan Villa Batu dengan melakukan pendekatan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas tenaga kerja. Oleh sebab itu, dalam tahap estimasi menggunakan metode probabilistic neural network dan untuk pemodelannya menggunakan program bantu matlab . Berdasarkan analisa setelah melakukan uji validasi data permodelan menghasilkan nilai dengan tingkat keakuratan yang tinggi, sehingga pendekatan dapat digunakan untuk estimasi produkivitas tenaga kerja
