Abstract

Superphosphate atau biasa disebbut dengan Monocalcium Sulfat dengan rumus melekul CaH4(PO4).2H2O, mempunyai bentuk fisi granul dengan ukuran 6 mesh.dan BM 252,09 Pabrik direncanakan di Desa Sidorukun, Kec Manyar, Kabutan Gresik.Proses produksi berlangsung secra continue dengan waktu operasi 330 hari/tahun dan 24 jam/hari, dengan menggunakan struktur perusahaan garis dan staff, adapun analisa ekonomi dari hasil perhitungan yaitu didapat ROI AT/BT (25,99%/37,13%), POT AT (2,78 th), BEP (48,88%), dan IRR 23,35%.Disimpulkan bahwa analisa Pra rencana Pabrik laya untuk didirikan.
