Pra Rencana Pabrik Aniline dari Ammonia dan Klorobenzena dengan Proses Ammonolisis ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Kawasan Industri JIIPE Gresik, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 70.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Klorobenzena dan Ammonia - Utilitas : Air, Refrigerant, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan ✓ Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas ✓ Struktur : Garis dan staff ✓ Karyawan : 160 orang - Analisa Ekonomi ✓ TCI : $ 32.364.686,16 ✓ ROIAT : 30,10% ✓ POT : 3,28 tahun ✓ BEP : 44,72% ✓ IRR : 31,67% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Aniline dari Ammonia dan Klorobenzena dengan Proses Ammonolisis layak untuk didirikan.
