Abstract

ABSTRAK Khoirul Fahmi Efendi , Program Studi Teknik Elektro, Program Pascasarjana, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang, Agustus 2024, “Analisa Stabilitas Frekuensi Transien Pada Sistem Interkoneksi Sulawesi Bagian Selatan”, Tesis, Pembimbing I : Prof. Dr. Eng. Ir. Abraham Lomi, MSEE., Pembimbing II : Dr. Ir. Widodo Pudji Muljanto, MT. Sistem tenaga listrik merupakan sistem interkoneksi antara pusat pembangkit, transimisi dan beban. Dimana sejumlah besar unit pembangkit dan pusat beban ini saling terhubung sehingga menimbulkan jaringan listrik yang kompleks disebut grid. Salah satu permasalahan yang sering ditemui pada sistem tenaga listrik yaitu masalah kestabilan dan kemampuan sistem tersebut kembali pada operasi normal atau stabil (steady state) setelah mengalami load switching beban besar atau beberapa gangguan besar tersebut yaitu, loss of generation, operasi switching, perubahan beban secara tiba-tiba, dan adanya kesalahan seperti hubung singkat. Analisis transien berguna untuk melakukan penentuan skema operasi rele yang dibutuhkan, waktu pemutusan kritis untuk circuit breaker, kapabilitas mentransfer antar sistem harus diredam dan diselaraskan dalam waktu tertentu agar dapat dikatakan stabil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisa stabilitas transien tegangan untuk mengetahui keandalan sistem saat terjadi gangguan menggunakan software ETAP 19.0.1 mensimulasikan dan menganalisa gangguan transien serta menentukan CCT (Critical Clearing Time) untuk mendapatkan kondisi yang stabil pada sistem interkoneksi Sulbagsel. Where a large number of generating units and load centres are interconnected to create a complex electrical network called a grid. One of the problems often encountered in power systems is the problem of stability and the ability of the system to return to normal or stable operation (steady state) after experiencing a large load switching load or several large disturbances, namely, loss of generation, switching operations, sudden load changes, and faults such as short circuits. Transient analysis is useful for determining the required relay operation scheme, critical disconnection time for circuit breakers, transfer capability between systems must be reduced and harmonised within a certain time to be considered stable. This study aims to analyse voltage transient stability to determine the reliability of the system when a disturbance occurs using ETAP 19.0.1 software to simulate and analyse transient disturbances and determine CCT (Critical Clearing Time) to obtain a stable condition in the Sulbagsel interconnection system.
