XYZ), Thesis Supervisor: (1) Prof. Dr Ir Julianus Hutabarat, MSIE, (II) Dr Prima Vitasari, S.IP, M.Pd. Batik is one of the works owned by the Indonesian Nation, which has noble values and is recognised by other nations. The rapid development of batik makes batik makers need to pay attention to the production process carried out, In carrying out the activities of making stamped batik, it has not been supported by a special work table. Still using an ordinary stamp table that is less comfortable to use for stamped batik. So that in doing their work craftsmen have low productivity and efficiency. This research was conducted at PT XYZ to evaluate and reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders in stamped batik makers through ergonomic work table redesign. The research method used was quantitative based on case studies, with a population of PT XYZ employees who work as stamped batik makers. Primary data was collected through observation, questionnaires and interviews. Posture measurements were carried out using the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire, to determine musculoskeletal complaints including 28 muscle parts in the musculoskeletal system on both sides of the body right and left. Then posture measurements were carried out using the REBA (Rapid Entire Body Assessment) method. The results of the NBM questionnaire showed that before the improvement of the batik cap had a high chart of complaints of pain in the musculoskeletal muscles and also the results of the REBA score showed a high risk of musculoskeletal disorders, especially in the neck, shoulders, bronze, arms and legs. After the implementation of a more comfortable stamp work table design and stamp stove table (Adjustable). This shows a significant reduction in the risk of musculoskeletal disorders, so that ergonomic work table design can reduce the risk of musculoskeletal disorders at PT.XYZ, and increase worker comfort. Anthropometric data serves as a guide in determining the dimensions for designing a table to improve the working position of employees during work from the results of data uniformity testing, all anthropometric values measured are within the control limits, indicating that the data is homogeneous. The conclusion is that the redesign of the ergonomic stamp table is able to reduce MSDs complaints for workers who carry out stamp batik activities. Batik Merupakan salah satu karya yang dimiliki Bangsa indonesia, dimana memiliki nilai luhur dan diakui oleh bangsa lain. Perkembangan batik yang semakin pesat, membuat pembatik perlu memerhatikan proses produksi yang dilakukan, Dalam menjalankan kegiatan pembuatan batik cap belum didukung oleh meja kerja yang khusus. Masih menggunakan meja cap biasa yang kurang nyaman digunakan untuk membatik cap. Sehingga dalam melakukan pekerjaanya perajin memiliki produktifitas dan efisiensi yang rendah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT> XYZ untuk mengevaluasi dan mengurangi resiko gangguan musculoskeletal pada pembatik cap melalui perancangan ulang meja kerja ergonomis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif berbasis study kasus, dengan populasi karyawan PT. XYZ yang bekerja sebagai pembatik cap. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui Observasi, Kuesioner dan Wawancara. Pengukuran Postur tubuh dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner NBM ( Nordic Body Map ), untuk mengetahui keluhan –keluhan muskuloskeletal meliputi 28 bagian otot pada sistem musculoskeletal pada kedua sisi tubuh kanak dan kiri. Kemudian pengukuran postur tubuh dilakukan menggunakan metode REBA ( Rapid Entire Body Assesment ). Hasil kuisioner NBM menunjukkan sebelum perbaikan pembatik cap memiliki grafik yang tinggi terhadap keluhan sakit pada otot musculoskeletal dan juga hasil skor REBA menunjukkan resiko tinggi terhadap gangguan muskuloskeletal, Terutaa pada bagian leher, bahu, punggu, lengan dan kaki. Setelah implementasi desain meja kerja cap maupu meja kompor cap yang lebih nyaman ( Adjustable ). Terjadi penurunan yang signifikan pada skor REBA menurun dari 8 menjadi 1. Hal ini menunjukkan pengurangan risiko gangguan muskuloskeletal yangsignifikan, Sehingga perancangan meja kerja ergonomis dapat mengurangi resiko gangguan muskuloskeletal di PT.XYZ, dan meningkatkan kenyamanan pekerja. Data Antropometri berfungsi sebagai panduan dalam menentukan dimensi untuk merancang meja guna meningkatkan posisi kerja karyawan selama bekerja dari hasil pengujian keseragaman data, semua nilai antropometri yang diukur berada dalam batas kontrol, menunjukkan bahwa data tersebut homogen. Kesimpulannya bahwa perancangan ulang meja cap ergonomi mampu menurunkan keluhan MSDs bagi pekerja yang melalukan aktifitas membatik cap.
