Abstract

ABSTRAK Perbaikan proses yang terus menerus dilakukan haruslah diimbangi juga dengan peningkatan kualitas kerja sumber daya manusianya, keberlangsungan proses produksi tidaklah lepas dari peran sumber daya manusia, setiap individu haruslah juga sadar akan pentingnya kualitas, sehingga masing-masing individu mempunyai rasa kepemilikan terhadap kualitas (Quality Ownership) dan selalu menjaga kualitas produk. tingginya nilai dari Visual Quality Index (VQI) merupakan warning bagi management untuk mengevaluasi proses produksi, fokus pengamatan adalah terhadap peningkatan Quality Ownership sehingga object yang diamati adalah peranan dari sumber daya manusianya, dengan asumsi mesin dan material dalam kondisi baik, Pada penelitian ini peningkatan Quality Ownership dilakukan dengan perbaikan berkelanjutan yaitu diolah dengan menggunakan metode Continuous Improvement (PDCA) yang diintegrasikan dalam A3 Problem Solving dan juga Failure Mode and Effect Analyse(FMEA) Tahap pertama adalah melakukan brainstorming dengan beberapa orang yang berperan dalam proses dengan metode 5 why yang disusun dalam tree diagram analysis untuk mencari root cause dari masalah, beberapa root cause di antaranya adalah belum ada penilaian sampai individu, belum ada pembobotan nilai individu, belum ada alat bantu monitoring tiap mesin, belum ada jobdestk pengecekan produk untuk helper dan belum adanya OPL perbaikan di mesin, kemudian masing-masing root cause di masukkan ke dalam table FMEA untuk dilakukan analisis lebih lanjut dan untuk mendapatkan nilai dari Risk Potensial Number (RPN) . setelah mengetahui nilai dari RPN kemudian adalah membuat countermeasure dari root cause yang didapat dan kemudian menyusun action plan, tahap selanjutnya adalah mengaplikasikan dan memonitoring proses dengan pengamatan menggunakan nilai dari Visual Quality Index Peningkatan Quality Ownership dapat di lihat dari perubahan nilai VQI yang semula diatas 200 dari rata-rata turun menjadi 193 dan konsisten di bawah angka 200, hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terjadi pengendalian kualitas dalam proses produksi dengan kata lain adalah terjadi peningkatan Quality Ownership dalam perilaku karyawan dalam bekerja. Kata Kunci : continuous improvement, kualitas, quality ownership. ABSTRACT Improvements in continuous processes carried out must also be balanced by an increase in work quality human resources, the sustainability of the production process is not separated from the role of human resources, each individual must also be aware of the importance of quality, so that each individual has a sense of ownership to quality (Quality Ownership ) and always maintain the quality of the product. the high value of the Visual Quality Index (VQI) is a warning for management to evaluate the production process, the focus of observation is to increase Quality Ownership so that the object observed is the role of human resources, assuming the machine and material in good condition, In this study, the increase in Quality ownership is done by continuous improvement that is treated using continuous improvement (PDCA) integrated in the A3 Problem Solving and also Failure Mode and Effect Analyse (FMEA) The first stage is to brainstorm with some of the people who play a role in the process by the method of 5 why were arranged in a tree diagram analysis to find the root cause of the problem, some of the root cause of which is no assessment to the individual, there is no weighting value of the individual, there is no tool auxiliary monitoring each machine, there is no checking jobdestk products for helper and not the OPL improvements in the engine, then each root cause entered into the FMEA table for further analysis and to get the value of Risk Potential Number (RPN). after knowing the value of the RPN then is making countermeasures obtained from the root cause and then formulate an action plan, the next step is to apply and monitor processes with the observation of the value of the Visual Quality Index Improved Quality Ownership can be seen from the change in value VQI initially above 200 on average down to 193 and consistently below the 200, it indicates that there is quality control in the production process, in other words is an increase Quality Ownership in the behavior of employees in work.
