Abstract

Titik Poerwati., MT3) e-mail : ayufirdafaradila2002@gmail.com ABSTRAK Fenomena yang ada di Kecamatan Singosari dan wilayah di sekitar Perkebunan Teh Wonosari, termasuk Kecamatan Lawang, yang merupakan wilayah agraris yang bergantung pada pertanian dan perkebunan, ada kemungkinan bahwa keberadaan Agrowisata dan Perkebunan Teh Wonosari berdampak pada pekerja dan masyarakat sekitar serta perkembangan ekonomi daerah sekitar. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis Pengaruh Kebun Teh Wonosari Terhadap Ekonomi Pekerja Kebun Teh PT Perkebunann Nusantara XII, Desa Toyomarto, Kecamatan Singosari. Peneliti menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif.Teknik pengumpulan data dan informasi menggunakan, dokumentasi, observasi wawancara, dan kuesioner. Metode analisis menggunakan metode Analisis Regresi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan Kebun Teh Wonosari berdampak positif signifikan terhadap ekonomi buruh petik teh melalui luas kebun yang besar, teknologi modern untuk panen, dan infrastruktur pendukung. Produksi tinggi dan kualitas teh yang baik, serta sistem penggajian transparan dan pendapatan tambahan dari agrowisata, meningkatkan pendapatan dan stabilitas ekonomi buruh petik teh serta kesejahteraan masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Titik Poerwati., MT3) e-mail : ayufirdafaradila2002@gmail.com ABSTRACT The phenomenon that exists in Singosari Subdistrict and the area around Wonosari Tea Plantation, including Lawang Subdistrict, which is an agrarian area that depends on agriculture and plantations, it is possible that the existence of Agrotourism and Wonosari Tea Plantation has an impact on workers and the surrounding community and the economic development of the surrounding area. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of Wonosari Tea Plantation on the economy of tea plantation workers of PT Perkebunann Nusantara XII, Toyomarto Village, Singosari District. Researchers used descriptive statistical methods. Data and information collection techniques using, documentation, observation interviews, and questionnaires. The analysis method uses the Regression Analysis method. The results showed that Wonosari Tea Garden has a significant positive impact on the economy of tea picking laborers through a large garden area, modern technology for harvesting, and supporting infrastructure. High production and good tea quality, as well as a transparent payroll system and additional income from agritourism, increase the income and economic stability of tea pickers and the overall welfare of the community.
