Abstract

MULTIPLIER EFFECT KAWASAN LUAR BANDAR UDARA ABDULRAHMANSALEH BERBASIS SPATIAL NARATIF Huanetyo Joan Kha’ya Alfarozzy Endratno Budi Santosa., ST., MT Arief Setijawan., ST., MT ABSTRAK Perkembangan bandar udara memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap wilayah sekitarnya, dengan tingkat pertumbuhan yang umumnya lebih pesat dibanding daerah lain Aktivitas pembangunan dan operasional bandara mengakibatkan perubahan pada pola kegiatan di kawasan sekitarnya. Fenomena ini menciptakan efek berganda (multiplier effect) yang juga dirasakan oleh masyarakat di sekitar Bandara Abdulrachmansaleh. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis efek multiplier effect yang dihasilkan dari keberadaan Bandara Abdulrahmasaleh dengan pendekatan kualitatif. alat analisi yang digunakan analisis superimpose, analisis konten dan dan spatial narative. Dengan hasil kegiatan di sekitar Bandar Udara Abdulrachmansaleh memiliki peningkatan dari kegiatan perumahan developer dan non developer, perdagangan dan jasa, pergudangan pada tahun 2007 setelah dibuka kembali penerbangan Bandara Abdulrachmansaleh, setelah diresmikan terminal kebernagkatan dan terminal VIP Bandar Udara Abdulrachmansaleh tahun sekarang tahun 2024, terditifikasi faktor dari setiap perkembangan kegiatan perumahan developer dan non developer, perdagangan dan jasa, dan pergudangan yang ada di sekitar Bandar Udara Abdulrachmansaleh. This phenomenon creates a multiplier effect that is also felt by the community around Abdulrachmansaleh Airport. This study aims to examine and analyze the multiplier effect resulting from the existence of Abdulrahmasaleh Airport with a qualitative approach. analytical tools used superimpose analysis, content analysis and spatial narrative. With the results of activities around Abdulrachmansaleh Airport, there has been an increase in developer and non-developer housing activities, trade and services, warehousing in 2007 after the reopening of Abdulrachmansaleh Airport flights, after the inauguration of Abdulrachmansaleh airport terminal and VIP terminal in 2024, factors have been identified from each development of developer and non-developer housing activities, trade and services, and warehousing around Abdulrachmansaleh Airport.
