Abstract

Rancang Bangun Generator Magnet Permanen Fluks Aksial Multiple Stator dan Rotor Nurudin Yusuf Ismail Nakhoda Dr. Irrine Budi S., ST, MT nurudinoden@gmail.com ABSTRAK Abstract— Generator Magnet Permanen Fluks Aksial dengan 4 Rotor dan 4 Stator yang direncanakan memiliki putaran rendah sebesar 500 RPM dengan perencanaan tegangan keluaran sebesar 49,7 Volt dengan konstruksi yang berbentuk cakram, yang menggunakan magnet batangan ,magnet neodymium-iron-boron NdFeB yang ditempelkan di bahan yang sudah di bentuk crakram dengan bahan akrilik dan alumunium sebagai alas yang ringan berputar dengan di porosnya menimbulkan medan magnet sehingga menghasilkan energi listrik, Pada pengukuran tegangan dengan kecepatan 500 RPM di dapatkan tegangan pada Stator 1 ialah 21,10 Volt, Stator 2 ialah, 18,88 Volt, Stator 3 ialah 12,72 Volt dan dan Stator 4 ialah 16,20 Volt dengan Frekuensi 51,70 Hz, sedangkan dalam Pengukuran tampa beban Generator multi stator dan multi rotor di hasilkan tegangan keluaran sebesar 48,1 Volt dengan frekuensi sebesar 51,70 Hz, pada pengukuran berbeban dengan kecepatan 500 RPM Generator multi stator dan multi rotor dengan beban 40 watt di hasilkan tegangan sebesar 45,2 Volt dengan Arus 0,06 Ampere, pada beban 80 watt di hasilkan tegangan 43,3 Volt dengan Arus 0,14 Ampere, dan pada beban 120 watt di hasilkan tegangan 41,5 Volt dengan Arus 0,21 Ampere. Kata Kunci : Generator Magnet Permanen, Fluk Axsial, Generator Multiple stator dan Generator Multiple rotor. iii Design of Axial Multiple Stator and Rotor Permanent Flux Magnet Generator Nurudin Yusuf Ismail Nakhoda Dr. Irrine Budi S., ST, MT nurudinoden@gmail.com ABSTRACT ABSTRACT, The planned Axial Flux Permanent Magnet Generator with 4 Rotor and 4 Stator planned to have a low rotation of 500 RPM with planned output voltage of 49.7 Volt with disc-shaped construction, which uses magnet bars, neodymium-iron-boron NdFeB magnets attached in the material that has been formed cramram with acrylic and aluminum as a lightweight base that rotates with its axis creates a magnetic field so as to produce electrical energy, at a voltage measurement with a speed of 500 RPM the voltage in Stator 1 is 21.10 Volt, Stator 2 is , 18.88 Volt, Stator 3 is 12.72 Volts and and Stator 4 is 16.20 Volts with a Frequency of 51.70 Hz, while in Measurement without load a multi stator generator and multi rotor is generated with an output voltage of 48.1 Volt with frequency of 51.70 Hz, in measurements with a 500 RPM speed multi-stator generator and multi rotor with load 4 0 watts generate a voltage of 45.2 volts with a current of 0.06 amperes, at an 80 watt load generated a voltage of 43.3 volts with a current of 0.14 amperes, and at a load of 120 watts the voltage is 41.5 volts with current 0 , 21 Ampere.
