Pra Rencana Pabrik hidrogen peroksida dari isopropil alkohol dengan proses oksidasi ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Cisanade, Serang Banten dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Waktu operasi : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Isopropil alkohol dan Udara - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi Perusahaan - Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas - Struktur : Garis dan staff - Karyawan : 164 orang - Analisaekonomi - TCI : $ 10,121,621.17 - ROIAT : 24% - POT : 3,0 tahun - BEP : 47,16% - IRR : 12% Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Hidrogen Peroksida dari isopropil alkohol dengan proses oksidasi layak untuk didirikan.
