Abstract

PT Conbloc merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang di kabupanten pasuruan. Produk yang dihasilkan PT conbloc yaitu paving. PT. Cobloc merupakan perusahaan yang pengelolaan tata letaknya masih kurang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari aliran perpindahan material, jarak pemindahan material yang tidak tertata dengan baik.PT.conbloc bisa menghabiskan biaya material handling sebesar Rp.440.00 selama 80 hari. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan mengenai tata letak fasilitas seperti yang terjadi pada PT.Conbloc, maka perlu perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Computer Relative Allocation of Facilities Technique (CRAFT). Selain itu juga menggunakan aplikasi bantuan yaitu Software Win QSB 2.0. Perancangan ulang tata letak fasilitas atau relayout ini pada akhirnya akan merubah beberapa posisi area fasilitas yang sesuai dengan perhitungan yang akan dilakukan, sehingga nanti dapat mengurangi jarak perpindahan bahan dan mengurangi biaya material handling pada perusahaan ini. Perbaikan Layout telah didaptakan relayout optimal perhitungan dengan menggunakan metode algoritma craft melalui aplikasi Win QSB dan menghasilkan penuruanan biaya ongkos material handling sebesar Rp. 204.977 atau mengalami penuruanan biaya 47% dari ongkos material hadling sebelum relayout Rp. 440.000 menjadi Rp. 235.023 setelah dilakukan relayout.
