Abstract

ABSTRAK PENINGKATAN INDEKS KEANDALAN DENGAN PENAMBAHAN RECLOSER PADA SISTEM DISTRIBUSI DI PLTD SUBAIM MENGGUNAKAN METODE SECTION TECHNIQUE M. RIZAL SANAKY, NIM : 1312036 Dosen Pembimbing I : Dr. Irrine Budi Sulistiawati, ST., MT Dosen Pembimbing II : Ir. Eko Nurcahyo, MT Jaringan distribusi merupakan bagian sistem tenaga listrik yang berada paling dekat dengan pelanggan. Keandalan setiap komponen peralatan sistem distribusi dapat mempengaruhi kontinuitas pelayanan daya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keandalan sistem distribusi PLTD Subaim serta meningkatkan indeks keandalan sistem. Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode section technique dan diperoleh nilai indeks keandalan untuk Penyulang Barat yaitu, SAIFI 4,896999997 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 14,8 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3,022258527 hours per customer interruption. Penyulang Timur, SAIFI 5,817000027 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 17,59099999 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3,02406737 hours per customer interruption. Perhitungan menggunakan ETAP kondisi eksisting, Penyulang Barat SAIFI 4,9151 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 14,9039 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3,032 hours per customer interruption. Penyulang Timur SAIFI 5,9586 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 17,8291 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 2,992 hours per customer interruption. Untuk meningkatkan keandalan dilakukan implementasi recloser pada penyulang dan diperoleh indeks keandalan paling optimal yaitu, Penyulang Barat SAIFI 4,0351 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 14,1221 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3,500 hours per customer interruption. Penyulang Timur SAIFI, 4,6827 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 16,2380 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3,468 hours per customer interruption. The reliability of each component of the distribution system equipment can affect the continuity of power services. This study aims to evaluate the reliability of Subaim power plant distribution system as well as improve the reliability index of the system. Eastern repeater, SAIFI 5,817000027 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 17,59099999 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3.02406737 hours per customer interruption. Calculation using ETAP existing condition, west feeder SAIFI 4,9151 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 14,9039 hours per customer.year, CAIDI 3.032 hours per customer interruption. East Sphere SAIFI 5.9586 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 17,8291 hour per customer.year, CAIDI 2,992 hours per customer interruption. Implementation of recloser on feeder can improve the reliability system and obtain the most optimal index of reliability that is, west feeder SAIFI 4,0351 fault per customer.year, SAIDI 14,1221 hour per customer.year, CAIDI 3,500 hour per customer interruption.
