Abstract

ANALISA KESTABILAN DINAMIK SISTEM AKIBAT INJEKSI PLTP ULUMBU (ULUMBU ENERGY DYNAMIK) PADA KELISTRIKAN MANGGARAI Suryadi Amra Putra 14.12.005 Konsentrasi Teknik Elektronika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro S-1 Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang Email : putrasuryadiamra@gmail.com Abstrak Adanya injeksi daya baru pada sistem dapat mempengaruhi kestabilan sistem yang sudah ada sebelumnya, oleh karna itu perlu dilakukan analisa kestabilan untuk mengetahui kestabilan sistem sebelum dan setelah injeksi daya baru dan juga untuk mengetahui performansi sistem setelah terjadi gangguan dengan memperhatikan perubahan besar yang terjadi pada tegangan, frekuensi dan sudut rotor. Hasil analisa dinamik sistem menunjukan bahwa injeksi daya PLTP Ulumbu pada sistem kelistrikan Manggarai dapat membantu pasokan daya pada sistem dan memperbaiki profil tegangan pada bus 10 (20 kv) dengan memperhatikan perubahan tegangan sebesar 0.9846 pu dan frekuensi 50 Hz berada pada tegangan nominalnya dari kondisi normal. Pada saat terjadi gangguan 3 phasa pada deti ke 1 – 1.3 kestabilan tegangan mengalami penurunan tegangan sampai 0.8255 pu dan kestabilan frekuensi mengalami kenaikan sampai 50.5 Hz pada bus 10. Sedangkan sudut rotor mengalami perubahan sudut dan beroporasi pada titik kerja barunya. Setelah diinjeksikan PLTP Ulumbu 10 MW pada detik ke 2, kestabilan tegangan mengalami kenaikan sampai 0.8732 pu, kestabilan frekuensi tidak mengalami perubahan dari kondisi saat terjadi gangguan yaitu 50.5 Hz dan sudut rotor mengalami perubahan sudut beroprasi pada titik kerja barunya dan akan stabil dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama pada titik kenerja barunya. Kata Kunci – stabilitas dinamik, injeksi daya, kestabilan tegangan, kestabilan frekuensi, kestabilan sudut rotor. Raya Karanglo Km. 2 Malang Email: putrasuryadiamra@gmail.com Abstract The presence of new power injection in the system can affect the stability of the existing system because it is necessary to do a stability analysis to determine the stability of the system before and after the new power injection and also to determine the system performance after a disturbance by observing the large changes that occur in the voltage, rotor frequency and angle. The results of system dynamic analysis show that the power injection of the Ulumbu PLTP in the Manggarai electricity system can help supply power to the system and improve the voltage profile on bus 10 (20 kv) with respect to voltage changes of 0.9846 pu and 50 Hz at the nominal voltage from normal conditions. When there is a 3 phase disturbance in seconds to 1.3 - the voltage stability decreases to 0.8255 pu and frequency stability has increased to 50.5 Hz on bus 10. While the rotor angle changes its angle and operates at its new working point. After injecting the 10 MW Ulumbu PLTP in the 2 second, the stability of the voltage increases to 0.8741 pu, the frequency stability does not change from the condition when there is a disturbance which is 50.5 Hz and the rotor angle changes the operating angle at the new work point and will stabilize for a long period of time at the new performance point.
