Abstract

Analisis Pentanahan Grid Pada Gardu Induk Kapal Bali Berdasarkan IEEE 80-2000 Untuk Meningkatkan Keamanan Sistem Pentanahan Ifan Rois I Made Wartana Ifanrois0@gmail.com ABSTRAK Fungsi pentanahan peralatan gardu induk tersebut adalah untuk membatasi tegangan yang timbul antara peralatan, peralatan dengan tanah dan meratakan gradien tegangan yang timbul pada permukaan tanah akibat arus gangguan yang mengalir ke tanah. Sistem pentanahan pada gardu induk merupakan perlengkapan yang amat penting untuk menghindari bahaya-bahaya terhadap orang yang sedang berada didalam atau didaerah gardu induk tersebut. Sistem pentanahan yang berkualitas dan handal merupakan persyaratan utama dalam mengamankan peralatan dan pekerja yang berada di area gardu induk. Penelitian ini membahas rancangan sistem pengentanahan peralatan di gardu induk. Pada peracangan ini menggunakan sistem pentanahan grid -rod dengan kombinasi antara jumlah grid dan rod yang kedalaman konduktornya bergantung dari nilai tahanan jenis tanahnya serta luas daerah pentanahan yang akan digunakan. Berdasarkan hasil rancangan pada Gardu Induk Kapal Bali diperoleh tahanan jenis tanah sebesar 3000, sehingga ukuran diameter konduktor yang digunakan sebesar 7 , dan nilai Tegangan Sentuh 863,5 , Tegangan Langkah 2983 , Tegangan Mesh 626,38 . Keseluruhan desain sesuai dengan standart IEEE 80- 2000 Kata Kunci : Grounding Grid , Tegangan Mesh , Tegangan langkah , tegangan sentuh Grounding Grid at Substation Kapal Bali Based on IEEE 80-2000 to Improve Ground System Security Ifan Rois I Made Wartana Ifanrois0@gmail.com ABSTRACT The function of grounding the substation equipment is to limit the voltage that ascends between equipments and equipment with soil, as well as to evenly distribute the voltage gradient that arises at the ground due to the flow of interference flowing to the ground. Grounding systems at substations are very important equipment to avoid dangers to people who are in the area of the substation. Excellence and reliable grounding systems are the main requirements needed in securing equipments and workers in the substation area. This study is conducted in order to discuss more about the design of an equipment grounding system applied in the substation. This design uses a grid -rod Earthing System with a combination of the grids and rods’ amount in which the depth of the conductor depends on the value of soil’s resistance type as well as of the extent of the grounding area planned to be used. Based on the design of the Bali Ship Substation, 3000 soil resistances were obtained, so the size of the conductor diameter used was 7m, and the value of Touch Voltage was 863.5V, Step Voltage was 2983V, Mesh Voltage was 626.38V.
