Abstract

RANCANG BANGUN FILTER PASIF UNTUK MEREDUKSI HARMONISA PADA GENERATOR LINIER Rizka Ikhtiarina Awwal Awan Uji Krismanto, ST., MT., PH.D Ir. Yusuf Ismail Nakhoda, MT Rizkaawwal@gmail.com Abstrak Harmonisa dapat disebabkan oleh beban non-linier. Beban nonlinier dihasilkan dari alat-alat elektronik yang memiliki banyak komponen semi konduktor, seperti mesin las, inti magnet pada trafo dan masih banyak lagi. Gelombang harmonisa ini akan menumpang pada gelombang sinus murni (frekuensi fundamental) sehingga akan membentuk cacat gelombang (distorsi) yang merupakan hasil penjumlahan gelombang sinus murni dengan gelombang harmonisa. Presentasi antara total komponen harmonisa dengan komponen fundamental nya disebut total harmonic distortion (THD). pada penelitian ini merancang filter pasif untuk menggurangi harmonisa pada generator linier putaran rendah dengan tegangan 10,7 volt dan nilai THD yang didapat adalah 32,92%, dimana dengan pemasangan filter pasif yang dipasang secara parallel dapat mengurangi total distorsi harmonisa (THD). Pada penelitian ini melakukan pengujian 3 filter yand dimana nilai kapasitor yang berbeda, yaitu: - kapasitor dengan nilai 1,2 uf dengan nilai THD sebesar 28,89%. - kapasitor dengan nilai 1,5 uf dengan nilai THD nya sebesar 24,80%. - kapasitor dengan nilai 2,5 uf dengan nilai THD nya sebesar 26,13%. Dapat disimpulkan dengan pemasangan filter pasif dapat mengurangin harmonisa dan filter dengan kapasitor bernilai 1,5 uf dapat mengurangi harmonisa sebesar 8,12% dari THD awal 32,92% menjadi 24,80% setelah di filter. Non-linear loads are generated from electronic devices that have many semi-conductor components, such as welding machines, magnetic cores on transformers and much more. This harmonics wave will ride on pure sine wave (fundamental frequency) so that it will form a wave defect (distortion) which is the result of the sum of pure sine waves with harmonic waves. The presentation between total harmonic components and their fundamental components is called total harmonic distortion (THD). in this study designed a passive filter to reduce harmonics in low speed linear generator with a voltage of 10.7 volts and the obtained THD value is 32.92%, where by installing passive filters installed in parallel can reduce the total harmonic distortion (THD). In this study, testing 3 filters which have different capacitor values, namely: - capacitors with a value of 1.2 uf with a THD value of 28.89%. - capacitors with a 1.5 uf value with a THD value of 24.80%. - capacitors with 2.5 uf values with a THD of 26.13%. It can be concluded that the installation of a passive filter can reduce harmonics and filters with a 1.5 uf capacitor can reduce harmonics by 8.12% from the initial THD of 32.92% to 24.80% after filtering.
