INTISARI Pra Rencana Pabrik Kalsium Hipoklorit dari dengan Proses Klorinasi ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Gresik, Jawa Timur, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000ton/tahun - Waktuoperasi : 330 hari - Bahanutama : Kalsium Hidroksida danKlorim - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahanbakar - OrganisasiPerusahaan  Bentuk : PerseroanTerbatas  Struktur : Garis danstaff  Karyawan : 194 orang - AnalisaEkonomi  TCI : $31.536.086  ROIAT : 49 %  POT : 4,5 tahun  BEP : 58,75 %  IRR : 20 % Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Kalsium Hipoklorit layak untuk didirikan.
