Pra Rencana Pabrik Asetilena dari Kalsium Karbida dengan Proses Hidrasi Kering ini mengambil lokasi pendirian di Gresik, Jawa Timur, dengan kriteria sebagai berikut: - Kapasitas produksi : 50.000 ton/tahun - Jumlah hari kerja : 330 hari - Bahan utama : Kalsium Karbida dan Air - Utilitas : Air, steam, listrik dan bahan bakar - Organisasi perusahaan  Bentuk : Perseroan Terbatas (PT)  Struktur : Sistem garis dan staf  Karyawan : 157 orang - Analisa ekonomi  TCI : $ 16.134.962  ROIAT : 37,88 %  POT : 2.7 Tahun  BEP : 41,79 %  IRR : 25,51 % Dari hasil evaluasi ekonomi, Pra Rencana Pabrik Asetilena dari Kalsium Karbida dengan Proses Hidrasi Kering layak untuk didirikan.
