Abstract

PERANCANGAN SORTIR TOMAT DAN PENGEMAS OTOMATIS Mey Akbar Besufi F.Yudi Limpraptono Sotyohadi meyakbar21@gmail.com ABSTRAK Tumbuhan tomat memiliki buah berawarna hijau, kuning, dan merah yang biasa dipakai sebagai sayur dalam masakan atau dimakan secara langsung tanpa diproses, proses penyortiran buah-buahan pada saat ini masih memakai cara konvensional, yaitu penggunaan tenaga manusia. Hal ini memiliki kelemahan yaitu penilaian manusia yang masih subjektif dan tidak konsisten terhadap objek buah serta pekerjaan yang dilakukan berulang-ulang dapat menyebabkan kejenuhan. Untuk itu, diperlukan penerapan sebuah sistem yang dapat melakukan proses penyortiran secara otomatis berdasarkan warna. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan akan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas dalam hal sortasi buah tomat. Kata Kunci: Tomat, Sortir, Warna TOMATO SORTER DESIGN AND AUTOMATIC PACKAGER Mey Akbar Besufi F.Yudi Limpraptono Sotyohadi meyakbar21@gmail.com ABSTRACT Tomato plants have green, yellow and red colored fruits that are commonly used as vegetables in cooking or eaten directly without processing, the process of sorting fruits is still using conventional methods, namely the use of human labor. This has the disadvantage that human judgment is still subjective and inconsistent with fruit objects and repetitive work can cause burnout. For this reason, it is necessary to apply a system that can do the sorting process automatically based on color. With this system it is expected to be able to improve efficiency and effectiveness in terms of sorting tomatoes. Keywords: Tomato, Sort, Color
