Abstract

Rancang Bangun Alat Identifikasi Jenis Daging Konsumsi Dengan Pengolahan Citra Berbasis Raspberry Pi Qurrotun Ainun Najib Dr. Eng. Aryuanto Soetedjo ST., MT Dr. Eng. I Komang Somawirata ST., MT qurrotun.ainun.najib@gmail.com ABSTRAK Daging adalah salah satu bahan makanan utama yang dikonsumsi oleh manusia karena banyak mengandung protein yang tinggi, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan dan menambah stamina yang sangat dibutuhkan manusi auntuk menjalani aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Daging adalah otot hewan yang tersusun dariserat-serat yang sangat kecil, masing-masing berupa sel memanjang yang disatukan oleh jaringan ikat, membentuk berkas ikatan yang pada kebanyakan daging jelas kelihatan lemak pembuluh darah dan urat syaraf. Bila potongan daging diamati secara teliti maka tampak dengan jelas bahwa daging terdiri atas tenunan yang terdiriatas air, protein, tenunan lemak dan potongan tulang. I Komang Somawirata ST., MT qurrotun.ainun.najib@gmail.com ABSTRACT Meat is one of the main foodstuffs consumed by humans because it contains a lot of high protein, so it can increase intelligence and increase the stamina that human needed to carry out of daily life activities. Meat is an animal’s muscle composed of very small fibers, each of which is an consisting of body cells that are held together by connective tissue, forming bundles of bonds that are generally seen as fat, blood vessels and nerves. When a piece of meat is observed carefully, it is clearly seen that the meat consists of woven cloth consisting of water, protein, fat and bone pieces. Keywords - Meat, Image Processing, K-NN.
