Abstract
“RANCANG BANGUN ALAT UKUR DYNO TEST/DINAMOMETER BERBASIS ARDUINO NANO” ( Dena Rizki Mahendra 1752020 Teknik Listrik D-III ) ( Dosen Pembimbing I : Rachmadi Setiawan, ST., MT ) ( Dosen Pembimbing II : Ir.Taufik hidayat, MT ) ABSTRAK Prodi Teknik Listrik D-III, Fakultas Teknologi Industri Isntitut Teknologi Nasional Malang Email : denarizki2@gmail.com Pengukuran torsi merupakan hal yang penting untuk pemantauan dari kinerja mobil listrik. Diketahui bahwa torsi meter yang tersedia dipasaran masih memiliki berbagai kendala seperti harganya yang mahal dan sulit untuk diaplikasikan. Pengukuran torsi dapat dilakukan dengan bantuan suatu alat, salah satunya adalah dinamometer. Salah satu jenis dinamometer yang sederhana adalah jenis Prony Brake. Prony Brake merupakan salah satu dinamometer jenis penyerapan karena kerjanya bergantung torsi tarikan yang mengubah energi mekanik menjadi panas akibat gesekan antara beban pulley dan tali kawat. Pembebanan prony brake mampu menghasilkan torsi lawan dan pembebanan yang cukup signifikan. Maka pada penelitian ini dibuatlah suatu alat ukur torsi dan daya yang dirancang dengan mengaplikasikan Prony Brake Dinamometer. Dari hasil pengujian data yang diperoleh dyno test puncak daya motor listrik menggunakan filter yaitu 1500,7 watt diputaran 1755,7 RPM dan torsi motor maksimal 0.099. dan dari hasil yang diperoleh dyno test puncak daya motor listrik non filter yaitu 1192,6 watt diputaran 1154,6 RPM dan torsi motor maksimal 0,086 DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF DYNO TEST / DYNAMOMETER BASED ON ARDUINO NANO” ( Dena Rizki Mahendra 1752020 Teknik Listrik D-III ) ( Dosen Pembimbing I : Rachmadi Setiawan, ST., MT ) ( Dosen Pembimbing II : Ir.Taufik hidayat, MT ) ABSTRACT Prodi Teknik Listrik D-III, Fakultas Teknologi Industri Isntitut Teknologi Nasional Malang Email : denarizki2@gmail.com Torque measurement is important for monitoring the performance of electric cars. It is known that the torque meters available in the market still have various problems, such as the price is expensive and difficult to apply. Torque measurement can be done with the help of a tool, one of which is a dynamometer. One type of dynamometer that is simple is the type of Prony Brake. Prony Brake is an absorption type dynamometer because its work depends on the torque of the pull which converts mechanical energy into heat due to friction between the pulley load and the wire rope. Prony brake loading is capable of producing significant opponent torque and loading. So in this research a torque and power measuring instrument is made which is designed by applying the Prony Brake Dynamometer. From the results of the test data obtained by the dyno test the peak power of the electric motor using a filter is 1500.7 watts rotated 1755.7 RPM and a maximum motor torque of 0.099. and from the results obtained by the dyno test, the peak power of the non-filter electric motor is 1192.6 watts rotated 1154.6 RPM and a maximum motor torque of 0.086 Keywords: Torque meter, dynamometer, Prony Brake.
