Abstract

RANCANG BANGUN PENGENDALI SUHU DAN KELEMBABAN TEMPAT PENYIMPANAN BERAS BERBASIS ARDUINO Muhammad Sya’roni NIM : 1612234 Konsentrasi Teknik Elektronika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro S-1 FakultasTeknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl.Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail:msyaroni337@gmail.com ABSTRAK Alat ini digunakan untuk mempermudah dalam menyimpan beras dan menjaga beras tersebut dari hama ataupun beras mengalami kelembaban yang artinya dapat menjaga beras tersebut tetap baik. Untuk mengetahui berapa suhu dan kelembaban disini menggunakan sensor DHT22 yang mana nantinya akan ditampilkan pada LCD 20x4 monitor jika sensor DHT22 tidak terdeteksi maka LCD akan menampilkan tulisan “SENSOR IS MISSING” sedangkan untuk metode penimbangan disini menggunakan sensor Load Cell 5kg yang juga di tampilkan pada LCD dengan delay kecill dan untuk mengeluarkan berasnya menggunakan motor servo yang dikoneksikan dengan push button jadi jika push button di tekan maka motor servo akan bergerak 380º sedangkan jika push button dilepaskan maka motor servo akan kembali ke posisi. To find out how much temperature and humidity here using the DHT22 sensor which will later be displayed on the LCD 20x4 monitor if the DHT22 sensor is not detected then the LCD will display the words "SENSOR IS MISSING" while for the weighing method here uses a 5kg Load Cell sensor which is also displayed on the LCD with a small delay and to remove the rice using a servo motor connected to the push button so if the push button is pressed the servo motor will move 380º whereas if the push button is released the servo motor will return to position Keywords:DHT22 Sensor, Load Cell Sensor, Servo Motor, Peltier, van
