Abstract
Pengembangan Alat Otomatisasi Penelitian Sistem Biofilter Asap Rokok Berbasis Mikrokontroler Alvin Risnawan NIM : 1612229 Konsentrasi Teknik Elektronika, Jurusan Teknik Elektro S-1 Fakultas Teknologi Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang Jl. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : alvinrisnawan48@gmail.com ABSTRAK Pada metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian biofilter asap rokok menggunakan sistem static yang memakai hanya 1 wadah, dan untuk pengambilan datanya secara manual. Sehingga untuk pengukuran kadar asap rokok di kembangkan menjadi sistem continous dan memudahkan untuk pengambilan data secara otomatis. Metode sistem statik merupakan kondisi udara yang diam atau berada di suatu ruangan yang tetap. Dengan metode sistem statik proses penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan desikator. Pengamatan kadar formaldehida di dalam desikator menggunakan alat formadehida meter portable. Pada pengujian penyerapan asap rokok menggunakan sistem statik, dikembangkan menjadi sistem continue. Sistem continue merupakan proses udara tercemarnya (asap rokok) memakai kondisi udara mengalir. Alat penelitian (Adyaksa) dikembangkan dengan menambahkan sensor sensor agar memudahkan untuk penelitian dan dapat tersimpan. Dari hasil pengujian kadar senyawa formaldehida yang terdapat pada asap rokok yang telah di filter oleh tanaman lidah mertua, iv didapatkan hasil untuk penyerapan kadar senyawa formaldehida mencapai 0.01 ppm, selama pengambilan data 12 jam. Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang E-mail : alvinrisnawan48@gmail.com ABSTRACT The method used for the study of cigarette smoke biofilter uses a static system that uses only 1 container, and for manually retrieving data. So that for the measurement of cigarette smoke levels developed into a continuous system and makes it easy to retrieve data automatically. Static system method is the condition of air that is stationary or in a fixed room. With the static system method the research process is carried out using a desiccator. Observation of formaldehyde levels in a desiccator using a portable formadehyde meter. In testing the absorption of cigarette smoke using a static system, it is developed into a continue system. The continue system is a process of air pollution (cigarette smoke) using the condition of the flowing air. The research tool (Adyaksa) was developed by adding sensors to make it easier for research and can be stored. From the results of testing the levels of formaldehyde compounds contained in cigarette smoke that have been filtered by the vi tongue-in-law plant, the results obtained for absorption of formaldehyde levels reached 0.01 ppm, during data collection for 12 hours.
