Abstract

ANALISIS SUBSYNCHRONOUS RESONANCE (SSR) AKIBAT INTEGRASI PEMBANGKIT LISTRIK TENAGA BAYU TERHADAP SISTEM KELISTRIKAN SULAWESI SELATAN – BARAT (SULSELBAR) Geraldy Gilang Suprapto, Abraham Lomi, Awan Uji Krismanto Geraldy.gilang69@gmail.com ABSTRAK Kebutuhan energi listrik semakin meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Peningkatan permintaan energi listrik ini menuntut ketersediaan pasokan dari pembangkit, baik yang menggunakan bahan bakar fosil maupun energi baru terbarukan. Pemasangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu Sidrap (PLTB) dan Janeponto menjadi solusi untuk memaksimalkan ketersediaan pasokan pada Sistem Kelistrikan Sulawesi Selatan dan Barat. Dengan adanya integrasi dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) menyebabkan terjadinya fenomena Subsynchronous Resonance (SSR). Fenomena ini dapat terjadi karena adanya perbedaan konfigurasi antara Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) dan Pembangkit Listrik Konvesional. Subsynchronous Resonance (SSR) adalah fenomena dimana terjadinya pertukaran energi antara jaringan listrik dengan komponen mekanik turbin generator pada satu atau lebih frekuensi alami yang menyebabkan terjadinya kerusakan pada poros generator. Pada makalah kali ini lebih fokus melihat kecepatan dari shaft generator yang dimana terdiri dari High Pressure, Intermediate Pressure dan Low Pressure (HP,IP dan LP) , disini terfokus melihat grafik kecepatan pada shaft generator saat sebelum adanya integrasi dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) dan pada saat integrasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) pada sistem kelistrikan SulSelBar. Dalam makalah ini menggunakan DigSILENT POWERFACTORY untuk menganalisa Subsynchronous Resonance setelah adanya integrasi dari Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Bayu (PLTB) tersebut. The increase in demand for eceletrical energy demands the availability of supply from power plants, both using fossil fuels and renewable energy. The installation of Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) in Sidrap and Jeneponto is solution to maximize supply availability in the South and West Sulawesi Electricy System. With the integration of the Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS), the phenomenon of Subsynchronous Resonance (SSR) occurs. This phenomenon can occur due to diffrences in the configuration between the Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) and the conventional power plant. Subsynchronous Resonance is a phenomenon where the exchange of energy between the power grid and the mechanical components of the turbine generator at one or more natural frequencies causes damage to the generator shaft. In this paper, the focus is more on looking at the speed of the generator shaft which consist of High Pressure, Intermediate Pressure and Low Pressure (HP, IP, and LP), here it is focussed on seeing the speed graph on the shaft generator before the integration of the Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS). And at the time of integration of Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS) into the South Sulawesi electricity system. In this paper using DigSILENT POWERFACTORY to analyse Subsynchronous Resonance after the integration of Wind Energy Conversion System (WECS).
