Abstract

ANALISIS PENINGKATAN KEANDALAN SISTEM DISTRIBUSI 20 KV DENGAN RECLOSER DI PT. PLN KOTA TANJUNG MENGGUNAKAN METODE RELIABILITY NETWORK EQUIVALENT APPROACH Dhilah Danumerta Subeki, Abraham Lomi, Awan Uji Krismanto dhilahdanu@gmail.com ABSTRAK Keandalan sistem tenaga listrik dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu kemampuan dari sistem tersebut untuk memberikan pasokan tenaga listrik yang cukup dengan kualitas yang memuaskan. Semakin meningkatnya kebutuhan tenaga listrik, maka tuntutan pada sistem tenaga listrik yang memiliki keandalan dalam penyediaan dan penyaluran daya pada jaringan distribusi. Indeks-indeks yang digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat pada keandalan sistem distribusi antara lain adalah indeks SAIFI dan SAIDI. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keandalan sistem jaringan distribusi PT. PLN Kota Tanjung Kalimantan Selatan melakukan upaya peningkatan indeks keandalan pada feeder TJ 02 Gardu Induk Tanjung. Metode yang dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Metode RNEA untuk menentukan indeks keandalan dengan pendekatan Ekuivalen menggunakan keandalan jaringan untuk menganalis sistem distribusi radial yang besar dan kompleks secara sederhana. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan berulang dan berurutan untuk mengevaluasi indeks keandalan per titik beban (load point). Penelitian pada feeder TJ 02 Gardu Induk Tanjung, mendapatkan hasil indeks SAIFI 3,396 (kali/pelanggan/tahun) dan SAIDI 9,936 (jam/pelanggan/tahun) sedangkan dengan Software ETAP mendapatkan hasil indeks SAIFI 3,492 (kali/pelanggan/tahun) dan SAIDI 10,074 (jam/pelanggan/tahun) Untuk meningkatkan keandalan dilakukan implementasi Recloser pada sistem dan diperoleh indeks keandalan SAIFI 3,167 (kali/pelanggan/tahun) dan SAIDI 7,791 (jam/pelanggan/tahun). The increasing demand for electricity requires electric power system that possess realibility of the supply and power distribution in the distribution network. While indices used to determine the level of distribution system reliability in this study are the SAIFI and SAIDI indices. This study aims to evaluate the reliability of the distribution network system of PT. PLN Tanjung City in South Kalimantan by improving the reliability index of the TJ 02 Tanjung Substation Feeder. Method applied in this study is the RNEA method to determine the reliability index with an equivalent approach using network reliability to analyze large and complex radial distribution systems in a simple way by using a repetitive and sequential approach to evaluate the reliability index per load point. Research on TJ 02 Tanjung Substation Feeder with the RNEA method obtains SAIFI index result of 3,396 (times/ customers/year) and SAIDI index result of 9,936 (hours/customers/year) whereas ETAP Software get SAIFI index result of 3,492 (times/customers/years) and SAIDI index result of 10,074 (hours/customers/year). To improve its reliability the recloser was implemented on the system and the SAIFI reliability index was obtained 3,167 (times/customers/years) and SAIDI 7,791 (hours/customers/years).
