Abstract

ANALISIS PENINGKATAN PERFORMA SISTEM AKIBAT INTERKONEKSI PLTS PADA SALURAN DISTRIBUSI TEGANGAN MENENGAH 20 kV DI LOMBOK NUSA TENGGARA BARAT Cholis Setiawan, I Made Wartana, Irrine Budi Sulistiawati setiawancholis1@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penurunan profil tegangan dan peningkatan rugi-rugi daya dalam penyaluran energi listrik merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi pada sistem distribusi baik pada jaringan tegangan menengah maupun jaringan tegangan rendah akibat peningkatan beban dan panjang saluran suatu sistem distribusi. Distributed Generation (DG) kapasitas kecil dan tegangan nominal rendah menjadi salah satu alternatif dalam membangkitkan energi listrik yang dapat meningkatkan profil tegangan dan mereduksi rugi rugi daya sistem akibat panjang saluran distribusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan performa sistem akibat interkoneksi DG jenis pembangkit energi surya (PLTS-DG) pada saluran distribusi yang dipresentasikan sebagai peningkatan profil tegangan sekaligus penurunan rugi rugi daya. Uji simulasi dilakukan pada sistem uji IEEE 14-bus dan pada sistem kelistrikan 20 kV Lombok, Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB) yang terhubung DG menggunakan software ETAP Power Station. Dengan studi aliran daya menggunakan metode Newton Raphson, Performa sistem uji pada kondisi basecase dan sesudah pemasangan DG. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pemasangan PLTS-DG pada sistem uji IEEE 14 bus pada bus 14 mampu meningkatkan profil tegangan yang sebelumnya 0,9431 pu menjadi 0,9509 pu dan pada sistem Lombok pada bus 90 di akhir penyulang Sheraton dapat memperbaiki profil yang sebelumnya 0,945 pu menjadi 0,9552 p.u memenuhi batas margin yang diizinkan. Sedangkan rugi rugi daya total sistem dapat direduksi dari 3,278 MW dan 19,364 MVar menjadi 3,254 MW dan 19,292 MVar. Distributed Generation (DG) small capacity and low nominal voltage is an alternative in generating electricity that can increase the voltage profile and reduce system power losses due to the length of the distribution channel. This study aims to improve system performance due to the interconnection of DG solar energy generation (PLTS-DG) on the distribution channel which is presented as an increase in the voltage profile as well as a reduction in power losses. The simulation test is performed on the IEEE 14-bus test system and on the 20 kV electricity system in Lombok, West Nusa Tenggara (NTB) connected by DG using ETAP Power Station software. With the study of power flow using the Newton Raphson method, the performance of the test system under basecase conditions and after DG installation. The voltage profile and system power loss that present the performance will be observed from the simulation results. The simulation results show that the installation of PLTS-DG on bus 90 at the end of the Sheraton feeder can improve the profile to 0.9552 p.u meets the permitted margin. While the total system power loss can be reduced from 3,278 MW and 19,364 MVar to 3,245 MW and 19,292 MVar.
