Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemantren merupakan desa di wilayah Kecamatan Jabung, Kabupaten Malang, Provinsi Jawa Timur. Desa Kemantren memiliki luas wilayah 165.655 km² dan jumlah penduduknya sebanyak 11.126 jiwa. Jumlah penduduk yang banyak tersebut berpengaruh pada jumlah sampah yang dihasilkan setiap harinya. Dari penelitian kami di Desa Kemantren, terdapat TPST yang memfasilitasi persoalan sampah di Desa Kemantren. Nama Kemantren diambil dari kata SANTREN. Dimana pada dahulu kala desa ini bermula dari penebangan hutan di alas kulak sampai berkembang menjadi desa yang banyak santri pondok. Dengan adanya KKNT ITN Malang Pihak Desa KEMANTREN Mengharapkan Kerjasama Terkait Perancangan Pasar Tradisional. Pasar tradisional seringkali di anggap memiliki citra buruk karena keadaan pasar yang semrawut, kotor dan tidak nyaman. Sarana dan rasarana pasar yang buruk serta gagalnya peran revitalisasi pada pasar akibat tidak meratanya pengaturan tempat berjual yang berdampak pada ditinggalkannya gedung pasar oleh penjual. Namun, eksistensi pasar tradisional ini masih menjadi pilihan umum masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari karena barang yang ada di pasar tradisional relatif lebih murah dan bisa ditawar. Metode ini merupakan metode perancangan arsitektur dengan pendekatan Arsitektur Moderen, menerapkan gaya Arsitektur Modern pada bangunan Roger’s Salon dan menerapkannya pada tampilan rumah seperti atap, bukaan, dekorasi,, bentuk dan proporsi, pemilihan material, warna, dan tekstur serta penataan ruang interior seperti denah, bentuk potongan, zonning, serta hubungan antara ruang dan sirkulasi. Kata kunci: Perancangan, Pasar Desa Kemantren ABSTRACT Kemantren is a village in Jabung District, Malang Regency, East Java Province. Kemantren Village has an area of 165,655 km² and a population of 11,126 people. The large population has an effect on the amount of waste generated every day. From our research in Kemantren Village, there is a TPST that facilitates waste problems in Kemantren Village. The name Kemantren is taken from the word SANTREN. Where in ancient times this village started from logging forests in Alas Kulak until it developed into a village with many Islamic boarding school students. With the ITN Malang KKNT, the KEMANTREN Village Parties Expect Collaboration Related to Traditional Market Design. Traditional markets are often considered to have a bad image because of the chaotic, dirty and uncomfortable market conditions. Poor market facilities and infrastructure as well as the failure of the revitalization role in the market due to the uneven arrangement of selling places which has an impact on the seller's abandonment of the market building. However, the existence of these traditional markets is still the general choice of people to meet their daily needs because the goods in traditional markets are relatively cheaper and negotiable. This method is an architectural design method with a Modern Architecture approach, applying the Modern Architecture style to the Roger's Salon building and applying it to the appearance of the house such as roofs, openings, decorations, shapes and proportions, selection of materials, colors and textures as well as the arrangement of interior spaces such as floor plans, shape of the cut, zonning, and the relationship between space and circulation.
