Abstract

Pemerintah Desa Ampeldento Kecamatan Pakis Kabupaten Malang mempunyai rencana untuk menampung para pedagang UMKM di desanya untuk mempunyai tempat guna menjual dagangannya, untuk meningkatkan ekonomi warga setempat. Dengan memberikan progam berupa di sediakannya Rest Area dimana daerah Ampeldento merupakan lokasi yang sering di kunjungi oleh warga yang berasal dari luar Ampeldento, dan juga lokasi terletak di dekat exit tol sehingga bagi para pedagang UMKM dapat menjual hasil dagangannya di Rest Area, yang harapannya bagi para pengguna jalan yang menuju Pasuruan atau pengguna jalan yang melintas daerah tersebut, dapat beristirahat di Rest Area Ampeldento, dan juga membeli dagangan yang disediakan di tempat tersebut, dalam merancang ini menggunakan pendekatan bangunan Arsitektur Post Modern. Pada rest Area yang akan dirancang ini menggunakan Rest Area tipe B, terdapat fasilitas standar yang dibutuhkan seperti tempat ibadah, mini market , ATM, Kios/warung dan Ruang terbuka hijau.
