Abstract

Perancangan Ulang Stasiun Kerja Operator Pengelasan Yang Ergonomis Menggunakan Metode Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) Dan Pendekatan Antropometri Di Lab Bengkel Las SMKN 1 Singosari Mukhamad Arif 1,*, Julianus Hutabarat 2 , Prima Vitasari 3 1,2,3 Program Studi Magister Teknik Industri, Institut Teknologi Nasional, Malang 65245, Indonesia * E-mail: mukhamadarif87@gmail.com ABSTRAK Produktivitas pekerjaan terutama dalam bidang pengelasan dipengaruhi oleh sikap tubuh dalam bekerja. Sikap tubuh yang tidak ergonomi jika dilakukan berulang dengan durasi yang panjang akan menyebabkan fatik dan potensi menyebabkan terjadinya gangguan muskuloskeletal. Kondisi yang kerap terjadi pada saat siswa melakukan praktik pengelasan adalah posisi kerja membungkuk dan dilakukan selama 18 menit untuk sambungan tumpul dan 25 menit dalam sambungan sudut. Keluhan yang dialami siswa adalah sakit dibagian bawah pinggang, bagian pinggang, bagian punggung dan leher bagian bawah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengukur tingkat keluhan siswa saat melakukan proses pengelasan dengan menggunakan metode RULA dan membuat rancang ulang stasiun kerja ergonomis dengan pendekatan antropometri. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner standard nordic body map , perhitungan skor RULA dan pengukuran antropometri. Hasil penelitian ini adalah rancangan ulang stasiun kerja pengelasan menggunakan jig dan fixture sehingga dapat memperbaiki posisi kerja operator. Hasil rancang ulang stasiun kerja dapat menurukan skor total RULA dari 7 menjadi 4. Mengurangi keluhan muskuloskeletal kategori sakit sekali pada tubuh bagian bawah pinggang, punggung dan pinggang menjadi 0%, memberikan efisiensi waktu operasional pada sambungan las tumpul sebesar 5 menit dengan efisiensi matematis Rp 688 per siswa dan Rp 24.768 per kelas serta perhitungan efisiensi matematis pada sambungan las sudut sebesar Rp 612 per siswa dan Rp 22.032 per kelas. Potensi terjadi rework karena cacat las dapat diminimalisir, kualitas hasil pengelasan secara visual lebih baik dan membuat praktik siswa menjadi lebih aman, nyaman, efektif dan efisien. Body posture that is not ergonomic if done repeatedly with a long duration will cause fatigue and the potential to cause musculoskeletal disorders. The condition that often occurs when students practice welding is in a bent working position and is carried out for 18 minutes for groove joints and 25 minutes for fillet joints. Complaints experienced by students are pain in the lower waist, waist, back and lower neck.The purpose of this study was to measure the level of student complaints when doing the welding process using the RULA method and to redesign an ergonomic work station with an anthropometric approach. The method in this study uses a standard Nordic body map questionnaire, RULA score calculation and anthropometric measurements. The result of this research is a redesign of the welding work station using a jig and fixture so that it can improve the operator's working position. The results of the redesign of the work station can reduce the total RULA score from 7 to 4. Reducing musculoskeletal complaints in the category of severe pain in the lower body of the waist, back and waist to 0%, providing operational time efficiency for groove welded joints by 5 minutes with a mathematical efficiency of Rp. 688 per student and Rp. 24,768 per class as well as the calculation of mathematical efficiency on fillet welding joints of Rp. 612 per student and Rp. 22,032 per class. The potential for rework due to welding defects can be minimized, the quality of the welding results is visually better and makes students' practice safer, more comfortable, effective and efficient.
