Kinerja Kontraktor Pada Bidang Fasilitas Jalan Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Malang. Tesis. Pembimbing (1) Dr. Ir. Nusa Sebayang, MT, (2) Dr. Ir. Hery Setyobudiarso, MSi. yang Malang. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengukuran kinerja dan Kontraktor pada pelaksanaan fasilitas jalan pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Malang; serta kinerja kontraktor pada pelaksanaan fasilitas jalan pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Malang agar optimal; dan kontraktor pada pelaksanaan fasilitas jalan pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Malang Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Jenis Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan Teknik pengumpulan data menyebarkan kuesioner. Populasi sampel adalah 87 Penyedia Jasa (konsultan) dan Pengguna Jasa pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Bina Marga Kabupaten Malang. Data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis dengan non statistik, data bersifat deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik analisis menggunakan Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) yang bertujuan untuk memetakan variabel kinerja kontraktor yang harus dipertahankan dan harus ditingkatkan. menunjukkan bahwa dari 17 faktor kinerja kontraktor dapat dipetakan menjadi empat kuadran. Ada enam faktor kinerja yang masuk ke dalam kuadran II yaitu kinerja yang perlu dipertahankan. Ada empat faktor kinerja yang masuk ke dalam kuadran I yaitu area yang harus segera ditingkatkan oleh kontraktor. Keempat faktor kinerja tersebut adalah Penyediaan tenaga kerja dalam jumlah yang memadai, Respons terhadap permintaan pemilik proyek, Respons terhadap keluhan pemilik proyek dan Komunikasi dengan pihak-pihak terkait. Measurements assess the performance of service providers (consultants and contractors) that focus on the process and results of the road facilities at the Public Works Department of Bina Marga, Malang Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the performance measurement and performance conditions of contractor in the implementation of road works and road facilities at the Public Works Department of Highways Malang Regency; as well as to determine the factors that become the main priority in the performance of contractor in the implementation of road works and road facilities at the Public Works Department of Highways Malang Regency so that they run optimally; and to determine the performance factors of service providers in the implementation of road facilities at the Public Works Department of Highways Malang Regency which are not satisfactory for contractor. This is descriptive study employing quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data with data collection techniques distributing questionnaires. The sample population is 87 service providers (consultants) and service user at the Public Works Department of Highways Malang Regency. The data in this study were analyzed by non-statistical, descriptive data with quantitative research types. The analysis technique uses the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method aiming at mapping performance variables of contractor. The findings show that the 17 performance variables could be mapped into four quadrants. There are six performace variales falling to quadran II. It means that the six variables are those that should be maintained by contractor. In addition, there are four performance variables in Quadran I. The four performance variables are those that must be improved. They are Supplying Adequate Number of Manpower, Response for Request from Project Owner, Response for Complaint from Project Owner and Communication to relevant parties.
