Abstract

Kabupaten Gresik memiliki lahan potensi tambak yang luas, salah satunya Kecamatan Bungah. Namun, keterbatasan fasilitas untuk pengolahan dan pemasaran produk-produk hasil tambak masih kurang. Pusat Oleh-Oleh dan Kuliner Hasil Budidaya Tambak di Kabupaten Gresik dirancang sebagai wadah pemasaran, edukasi, dan pengolahan sekaligus memberi identitas baru di Desa Sukorejo. Perancangan ini menggunakan pendekatan arsitektur eco-futuristic dimana desain rancangan diharapkan mampu menyelesaikan permasalahan saat ini dan juga di masa depan. Metode perancangan menggunakan konsep berbasis kerangka (concept-based framework), yang menitikberatkan pada eksplorasi gagasan utama dalam menyusun elemen desain. Penerapan arsitektur eco-futuristic dilakukan dengan menyesuaikan desain bangunan terhadap lingkungan sekitar, memanfaatkan teknologi ramah lingkungan, serta menciptakan ruang yang fleksibel dan berkelanjutan.
