Raya Karanglo Km.2 Malang Jawa Timur E-mail : miftakhurnasrulloh96@gmail.com ABSTRAK Generator sebagai perubahan dari energy mekanik menjadi energy listrik. penggunaan aksial fluks permanen magnet generator satu fasa merupakan generator magnet permanen yang memiliki fluks aksial terhadap sumbu putarsehingga arah fluks searah dengan arah putaran rotor.sebagai penggerak putar generator menggunakan pikohidro atau pembangkit listrik tenaga air skala kecil.secara teknis pikohidro memiliki tiga komponen utama yaitu air,turbin,generator .magnet permanen di gunakan untuk menghasilkan fluks magnet.perencanaan generator ini di desain dengan menggunakan dua rotor satu stator menghasilkan tegangan yang di rencanakan yaitu pada putaran 600 rpm dengan tegangan yang di hasilkan 20 volt dengan frekwensi 50 hz.turbin yang di rancang ini memiliki 2 buah sudu dan memiliki 7 buah jumlah ulir yang di mana ulirnya maupun sudunya tidak dapat di ubah ubah dan hasil pengukuran menghasilkan tegangan 16,9 volt Kata Kunci :Generator, Neodymium, Pikohidro, Ulir iv STRUCTURE DESIGN OF AXIAL PERMANENT MAGNET GENERATOR FOR PIKO HYDRO POWER PLANTS BY USING A LOW ROTARY SCREW TURBINE Miftakhur Nasrulloh Yusuf Ismail Nakhoda Ni Putu Agustini Miftakhurnasrulloh96@gmail.com Abstract Generator is as a change from mechanical energy to electrical energy. The use of axial permanent flux single phase generator magnet is a permanent magnet generator that has an axial flux with respect to the rotary axis such that the direction of the flux is in the direction of rotation of the rotor. As a rotary mover the generator uses Pico hydro or small scale hydroelectric power plants. Technically, Pico hydro has three components; they are water, turbines, and generators. Permanent magnets are used to produce magnetic flux. This generator planning is designed by using two rotors, one stator produces the planned voltage, which is at 600 rpm with a voltage generated 20 volts with a frequency of 50 Hz. The turbine which designed has two blades and has seven threads in which the screw and the blade cannot be changed and the measurement results in a voltage of 16,9 volts.
