Abstract

Rancang Bangun Alat Pengering Singkong Berbasis Arduino UNO Don Thomas Papebatha I Komang Somawirata Sotyohadi donpapebatha@gmail.com ABSTRAK Abstract— Skripsi ini membahas tentang rancang bangun alat pengering singkong berbasis arduino. Alat ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam proses pengeringan singkong yang lebih mudah dan baik . Alat ini dapat membantu/ meringankan dalam proses pengeringan singkong, menghemat waktu Dan tenaga serta dapat menghasilkan kualitas singkong yang dikeringkan lebih tinggi di bandingkan secara manual yang masih membutuhkan bantuan panas matahari . Proses pengeringan singkong di bantu dengan heater atau pemanas yang mampu menghasilkan panas 80°C hingga 100 °C sebagai pengganti matahari pada proses manual,sensor dht11 digunakan untuk memonitoring atau mengukur suhu dan kelembaban di dalam alat,load cell digunakan untuk mengukur berat singkong , LCD sebagai tampilan data suhu,kelembaban,berat,dan waktu .keypad digunakan sebagai menginput berapa lama waktu pengeringan, dan alarm sebagai pengingat yang berupa bunyi bahwa proses pengeringan telah selesai. Kata Kunci— sensor dht11 ,load cell, arduino Design of Arduino-based Cassava Dryers Don Thomas Papebatha I Komang Somawirata Sotyohadi donpapebatha@gmail.com ABSTRACT Abstract— This thesis discusses the design of arduino-based cassava dryers. This tool aims to help people in the process of drying cassava which is easier and better. This tool can help / alleviate the drying process of cassava, save time and effort and can produce higher quality dried cassava compared to manually which still needs solar heat assistance. The drying process of cassava is assisted by a heater or heater that is able to produce 80 ° C to 100 ° C instead of the sun in the manual process, dht11 sensor is used to monitor or measure temperature and humidity inside the tool, load cell is used to measure the weight of cassava, LCD as display data temperature, humidity, weight, and time. keypad is used as input how long the drying time, and alarm as a reminder in the form of sound that the drying process has been completed.
