Abstract

SISTEM PENDETEKSI SISA MAKANAN PADA PIRING MAKAN Charisma Agus Prasetyo Sotyohadi, ST.MT M Ibrahim Ashari, ST, MT Charismaprasetyo@gmail.com ABSTRAK Abstrak- Kebersihan piring merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting dalam menjaga kebersihan makanan, apabila makanan yang di letakkan dalam piring yang tidak higenis, sudah pasti makanan yang di letakkan dalam piring tersebut akan menimbulkan penyakit bagi yang memakan makanan tersebut, karena kotoran dan kuman yang ada didalam piring tersebut akan menempel pada makanan. Dari keadaan diatas, muncul suatu ide untuk merancang alat pendeteksi sisa makanan pada piring makan. Untuk mengetahui ada dan tidak adanya sisa makanan pada piring maka, alat ini menggunakan sensor warna TCS 3200 untuk membedakan warna dari sisa makanan. Dari pengujian alat yang telah dilakukan, Hasil yang didapat dengan sistem yang bisa mendeteksi sisa makanan seperti bekas kecap dan saos sambal,namun untuk pendeteksi sisa makanan pada piring makan yang berjenis minyak goreng belum mampu untuk dideteksi.. Ibrahim Ashari, ST., MT Charismaprasetyo@gmail.com ABSTRACT Abstract- Dish hygiens is one of most important factors in maintaining food hygiene, if the foods is placed in a dish that is not hygienic, it is certain that the food placed on the plate will cause illness for those who eat the food, because the dirt and germs that are inside the plate will stick to the food. From the above situation, an idea arose to design a detector for food scarps on a plate, this tool uses the TCS 3200 color sensor to distinguish colors from food scraps.. From the testing of the tools that has been done, the results obtained with a system that is able to detect food scraps such as soy sauce and chili sauce, but for the detection of food scraps on a cooking oil type dinner plate has not been able to be detected.
